On Monday, December 16, 2024, at 4 p.m. in Phil C, Dr. Marlene Dirschauer (Universität Hamburg) will give a guest lecture on „Water as creative energy: Virginia Woolf, Ecofeminism and the Modernist Imagination“ within the framework of Prof. Berns' lecture series Key Concepts: Energy, Ecology and British Literature
Dr. Dirschauer's monograph Modernist Waterscapes: Water, Imagination and Materiality in the Works of Virginia Woolf was published by the Springer Verlag last year. (link)
