Roland Faelske-Prize for Graphic Literature and Animated Movies 2016
In 2016, Universität Hamburg and the Roland Faelske-Stiftung for the fourh time are assigning the 'Roland Faelske-Preis für Comic und Animationsfilm' to outstanding BA/MA and doctorate theses on graphic literature and animated film.
The prize is given in two categories: The prize is 1.000 Euro for the best Magister-, Diploma-, Master- or Bachelor-thesis, and 3.000 Euros for the best doctoral thesis.
Entries have to be made by letter of recommendation of the scientific supervisor with a brief explanatory statement, together with two copies of the thesis (thesis drafted in English or German), a tabular curriculum vitae of the author, a plagiary note signed by him/her and the bank account details of the candidate. In addition, a CD has to be submitted containing pdf-files of the thesis, the CV and the letter of recommendation.
Deadline for entries is July 01, 2016.
