Important notice for students enrolled before winter term 2013/ 14:
Our degree regulations stipulate that students who enrolled in degree programs in English and American Studies before winter semester 2013/14 complete the two-course unit Introduction to English Language Studies comprising 4 credit hours per week (Semesterwochenstunden, SWS). Thus, these students must sign up for two 2 credit hour courses (SWS) offered by two separate lecturers, i.e., one British English lecturer and one American English lecturer. As you cannot register via STiNE for this, we will sign you up by hand. So, if you began your English language studies at the IAA before winter semester 2013/14, please see Ingrid Pries and Johanna Heinemeier in Room Phil 1157 or the LVMs in order to fill out our special paper registration form.
