Guest talks on English as a world language

In the week of November 26th to 30th, Dr. Paula Rautionaho from the University of Eastern Finland at Joensuu will be visiting the Department of English and American Studies as a guest researcher. During her stay, she will be working on a collaborative project on recent diachronic change in tense and aspect in British English together with JProf. Dr. Robert Fuchs. This visit is partially funded by the Academy of Finland as part of a postdoctoral grant to Dr. Rautionaho.

Dr. Rautionaho will also give two public guest talks during her stay:
