Project
The INEL project - Grammars, Corpora and Language Technology for Indigenous Northern Eurasian Languages - is an 18-year long-term project within the framework of the Academy Programme jointly funded by the federal and state governments. With the help of an innovative and interdisciplinary approach, the project is the first to provide urgently needed access to the linguistic resources of the genealogically diverse Northern Eurasian language area. The project focuses on the languages Dolgan, Evenki, Enet, Kamas, Nenet, Nganasan, Selkup and Ultcha, among others.
